Cong-SP talks still on
Tuesday, March 10, 2009
The Congress seems to be still working out to save an alliance and is keeping the options open for a seat sharing consensus before the forthcoming elections.
This was observed by Cong leader Digvijay Singh who is also in charge of the party in UP. Expressing hope, Mr Singh said that an alliance was still possible before the notification of the first phase elections on March 23rd. This comes even after both parties announcing seperate candidate lists. --MP
